  1. Contact our Help Desk Technicians
  2. Download the program and launch it.
  3. Once launched, provide the 9-digit number to the technician on the phone

When you want to end the IT remote support session, be sure to quit the program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed anymore until you download and run the program again.
